Yes, weave will work. You can get wefts bonded or sewn in.
You can also opt to get a nice, natural looking wig. You can make your own wig in less than 1 hr! Visit AmidBeauty.com and click on Create-A-Coif for details. l now make $ creating wigs for my family and friends!
Good luck with your search! :)

Depending on what the condition of ur hair is in will depend if u can get a weave, most places will want u to wait 6 months after a major health problem just to make sure that the hair at the root is strong enough to carry the extra weight of the hair that u r going to be putting on it,they do put stress on the hair strand & if ur hair is weak, l would not suggest it at this time. Depending on what type of weave or extensions that u get will depend on how long they stay in, the pre bonded extentions will stay in up to 5 months on healthy hair. Pre bonded r expensive to get them put in right & with thin hair u would want them put in by someone with lots of experience, ask to see pictures of their work. When ur hair is thin u may be able to see where the point of attachment is or where the weave is weaved in. It is iffy, now a days they do make very good wigs & hair pieces, check out the Raquel Welch line, & the prices r not bad l carry that at my salon & do hair extensions also. If u have more questions just let me know.
